Returns are accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. 

All items are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

Our national service center is based in Sydney. Refund, exchange or repair will only be given if the product has been used in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the product has been maliciously or accidentally damaged or tampered with, this is not covered by warranty.
